Things around the prison sure have seemed strange lately. Prisoners getting put into solitary, executions happening except not, unexpected pardons

I don't think this prison has ever been fair.

...At least, from what I can remember, anyways.

I know as prisoners we can't expect to be treated well, but can't they at least treat us all the same?

If anyone knows what it's like to be discriminated against by the administration of the penitentiary, it's me. I think I have it the worst.

They hate me because the man I killed was a police officer.

I know why I'm here; there was nothing unfair about my trial. I just wish they wouldn't tell us our actions make a difference here if that's not true.

Maybe I should let it go, but... I guess it's Mr. Armando that's bothering me. I never did get the chance to really understand him, and now he's gone. How can someone get into a fight every other week and still get released early? I want to believe there's more to it than that, but I just don't know.
