That's cheap! My parents charged me a lot more when I was done with school. I can't really remember... but still, I hope you know what you will be spending when you get a house... and generally, when you buy a house, they want to see some sort of job security for the last 2 years or so. I had to go to pains to get a loan; I had to use a loan shark. And it was only $30,000

yeah thats about what i figured. hopefully i'll be getting at least 3000/mo. after taxes. i just like whining about it, being melodramatic, haha. i have been working at publix for 7 years, so hopefully that will look good. and the electric bill IS more, all the time, bc my parents' house is poorly constructed around the old windows and doors, which means it has poor insulation. we also don't live under trees anymore which hikes up the bill farther. sigh. i have tons of credit with my student loans, and paying off my computer on my own, so that is good at least. thanks for the info!

our electric bill sucks ass too... gets up to 400 in the heat of summer. Or at least it did last year... yuck. I feel ya.
