Pretty. Long exposure, but what was the light source? And how did you move it without you in the pic?

A plastic cup with a flashing LED base from Rainforest Cafe. I am everywhere in the pic but very dark 'cos all the lights were off. ( you can see the cup and my thumb at the bottom left)

I had a closer look and they're actually my fingers holding the base of the cup. (Is not exciting enough to post a zoomed up image :) )
