It was as BLU made his way down through the food that RED spotted him, his tall frame standing out amongst the crowd, which wasn't too hard when most of the party-goers seemed to be of the short and/or talking animal... person variety.
A part of Sniper wanted to hide as much as humanly possible, though given that he was stuck in a wheelchair, still wearing that ridiculous hooded number with the pointed ears, and had nothing to cover him save for a couple of blankets, he didn't think it was likely he'd go unnoticed for long, even if he didn't say anything to his rival. He wasn't terribly inconspicuous, and chances were Pyro had told his fellow Sniper that she'd be bringing him to the party whether he liked it or not.
In that light, he decided he might try taking advantage of the situation instead. "Oi, mate!" he called in a loud whisper, hoping to attract his rival's attention and no one else's. "This way!"
He eyed RED's new posture with some concern, careful not to let any of it show. "You alroight?" Was he really that set on going out and finding a dragon? Maybe he was so drugged up on pain medication that's all he was thinking clearly.
RED shook his head, frustrated his discomfort was so obvious. It wasn't as though BLU hadn't already seen him at what was his worst, but it was still a nuisance.
"No, I'm just... sore. Think whatever I was on is wearing off." He resisted moving again, knowing he was probably making it worse. "I look forward to being able to walk again, at the very least."
"Ah. She probably shouldn't have taken ya from th' hospital. Could always drink yerself into oblivion if ya think it would help." He chuckled a bit, offering RED the plan he had for himself just a few minutes ago.
But he knew how terrible it was to come off of pain medication, he couldn't imagine it with injuries like RED had and in the cold air of the party.
"Small steps mate. First yer hands got t' start workin' again."
