so yesterday i worked on my LA project all day and then went to x-country practice. it was and easy practice cause coach wants us to learn our pace. we did 6 quaters at 80 which paces us out for a 5:20 mile and a 16:30 5k(3.1 miles) then we had to run a 2 mile at pace but coach had to leave early to pick up his kids so we blew that off and did it ( Read more... )
