Well... if you're missing any clothes or weapons, odds are that they're in the shops in the marketplace. Everything is free, so there's no need to worry about that.

As for storing your things, there should be open apartments that you can move into if you'd like. Unless you happen to know someone here, then I suppose you could see about moving in with them.
