Last night, I had the bright idea of massaging my abdomen. Last night was horrible, and I am anemic and cold this morning. I still have to travel.

I will be happy to continue my prayers on your behalf. I wish I had some helpful advice. Do you eat meat? My doctor recommended liver, but I cannot stand the look/feel or smell of it!! I do eat hamburg and turkey and chicken and fish.

I happen to love liver, but it is hard to find anymore. Most of it goes to pet food.
