i feel so fucking down.  everything seems so overwhelming to me and i am supposed to take care of the house but his mom keeps being irritable and it just seems i am not going to be able to please her.  gained 1/2 a pound, so now i'm 133 1/2 pounds.  i'm very sad, i want to eat.

for your mom just do your best and at least you know you tried the best you can?Also don't worry about the 1/2 a pound,i know your probably thinking yeah rite,but you body can fluctuate up to 5 lbs water weight.
