This past Friday in a yoga class, we entered a 15 minute meditation in a posture that was a chest opener and hamstring stretch. Well, i'm a steadfast atheist and have been all my life so i find any mentions of god hard to swallow at times. Also, i can't tell if you're being metaphorical in the first paragraph, but the thoughts on psychological pain being tied to the physical body are interesting and if it's not just prose, i'm curious as to how you came to that conclusion.
