I havent had mine pulled yet because everytime I think I have the money, something comes up! It hasn't been bothering me lately though, but hopefully by next month it can be gone for good.

Get that thing pulled if you have a cavity. I got mine pulled. I never had a cavity before, except one of my baby teeth. I got it pulled shortly after this post. I'm sorry it took so long to respond. I had to remove my code to get into this post. I guess my code isn't compatible to the new LJ code. Now that I've responded, I'm putting it back in.
