Anyways, I was wondering how you did those icons that are in the two comms that you moderate. Did you make them yourself, or did you "outsource" it so to speak, to people you knew? I was hoping to get one of those for coldplay but I have no talent with that type of thing at all....so any suggestions or help would be appreciated.
For all my communities i make the icons- the "mod-only post" one i figured out can't be used when you post so the mod has to upload it his/herself. But everyone likes them, so i just make new ones every once in a while.
i have an icon journal over at iconsbyindie [it's fairly new]. i would be happy to help you with user icons for coldplay and would be HONORED to make some. ha ha just tell me how you'd like them to look. or maybe i misinterpreted this and you don't want me to make them ha ha.
Oh, no it was more of the 101x51 icony things that you have on the user info page that I was talking about. It's just that they seemed pretty nifty, and would add a little colour to the main page, so that's what I was referring to. I guess a picture of the guys with like coldplay just written on it or something? Yeah, if you want to design it that'd be awesome!!!! Certainly saves me the headache of putting out a request to coldplay_icons. You don't mind if I tief your icons for your communities and just put it on the coldplay user page do you? Thanks!
