I haven't done either Meth or Heroin much at all, Meth only three times over 1.5 years ago. And H only twice by smoking a small amount of 'black tar' and only once snorting a 'bag' that me and two friends (I did 1/3rd of total 'dose'). I prefer my prescription Amphetamine salts (Adderall XR) and don't like what I've seen happen to people from cronic meth use/abuse. Same with H, had friend who used daily for 6 months and that is not cool.
