...I worked 12 hours today, I worked 12 hours yesterday, and it was so hot last night, I couldn't get to sleep until about 1 AM, and I had to wake at 6, so I have been fighting exhaustion all day.  It ain't going to get any better, at least for a few weeks

Insomnia sucks balls :( i've been suffering from it because of the heat in England, Glad you have some pain relief though ;) i'm having supply problems at the moment so :(
