Okay firstly you need to grab a picture. Put into a 100x100 canvas. You know usual crap. But anyhow.

reds: -100, 0, -100, 0
yellows: -100, 0, -67, 0
neutrals: -8, 0, -28, -32
new selective colours layer
reds: -100, 0, +100, 0
yellows: -100, 0 , -100, 0
neutrals: +72, -21, +26, 0
click ok. Set the blend mode of this to darken
new colour balance layer
midtones: -48, -24, +28
shadows: -23, 0, -11
highlights, 0, 0, 0
new hue saturation lightness layer
up the saturation I did mine to fifty. But yes. TADA
