This morning I woke to see the BUNRAKU "trailer" which turned out to be a dud. I caught the video when there was around 500 hits and...I laughed pretty hard! XD

It wasn't an idiotic one either, it was one of those types of laughs that you get whilst rolling your eyes and asking "what the hell?! Is this a joke?". It was like a mind-game, I was trying ( Read more... )

I'm going to he totally honest here and say that ever since I first found out about Bunraku I haven't heard anything good, especially the story I heard it's kind of weird but not good weird but bad....so only reason I was excited about the movie is of course Gackt and it's his first "Hollywood" movie.....
I kind of think that G knew it might just go straight to DVD and that is why he brought it Japan so at least "SOME" of his fans can see it on a big screen..... and I do think it may just go straight to DVD, sad but at least I will get to see it!

Yeah, I know what you mean. The first time that I did some research on the film, I already had a pretty "bad feeling" about it. But as I said, it's GACKT, it'll have no problem selling - I guess, the only thing regrettable was that the film couldn't have had a better story line/premise. Though, all new actors to Hollywood seem to start out with films that aren't received very well :P
