Surprised at the action? Not at all. But I am a little surprised they did it so very soon....I thought they'd let Alito warm the bench for at least a couple of months (for appearance's sake) before implementing the right wing agenda.

Yes, this is not the first time I have underestimated this administration's lack of concern for appearances. Having a sense of decency myself, I just can't comprehend the utter lack of it.
