Argh!!!!!

I loaded the software for World of Warcraft, I downloaded the patch that came up automatically, I signed up with a user ID and password....but now I can't log into the damn game. I've tried configuring the firewall and running a tracert and everything else they suggest, including checking the forums online, and now I am plumb tuckered out. I sent

some troubleshooting:

- what is the text of the error that appears when you can't log in?
- what video card (mfr & model) are you running? is there anything said about it in http://www.blizzard.com/support/wow/?id=aww0830p?

also note that WoW's "Breaking News" on the login screen just now says that Blizzard experienced an "ISP-related networking issue" this evening that disconnected a bunch of players... maybe you just tried logging in at the exact wrong time.

Their login servers have been really overloaded lately. Some nights it's taken me 30 minutes to get in :( If you keep trying, it usually works eventually...
