My mom keeps bugging me to find Ben's address so that we can write and send little care packages. [For friends unaware, Ben is a friend of mine who is currently stationed in Iraq.] The ironic - well, it's not really ironic but kinda funny - part is that I do have Ben's address. It's sitting in a folded up piece of notebook paper next to my computer ( Read more... )

It's totally up to you Nik, but one little word of advice. Once I had an online friend I started writing letters to, so I made up some elaborate lie to cover it up and told it to my mom and well...I got questioned so many different times that I lost track of my story and my mom started discovering little loop holes that didn't add up, so I ended up in twice as much trouble. -_-;;

I've already made up some big lie about how we met at school so that we could hang out one day, so I've already dug the hole. =D

Weeell.. I have two online friends who know my address and my phone number :) .. and my dad dun give a flip really. He gave me permission to go see on in Ohio next year, when I'm a senior..

I dunno how much alike/disalike our parents are, but in the end, my advice is, get it over and done with, because they're going to find out sometime.But if you really want to lie, just say his parents moved.
