meal 1: oatmeal with flaxseed and bee pollen, egg whites and green tea, water
meal 2: grilled chicken breast, 1/2 sweet potatoe, water
meal 3: grilled chicken breast with lettuce and cucumbers and squeeze of fresh lemon juice, 1 apple, water
meal 4: scrambled egg whites with tomatoes, water
meal 5: lean turkey breast with green beans, 1/2 sweet potato

MONDAY:
meal 1: mesa sunrise with flax seed and bee pollen, spoon nut butter, green tea, water
meal 2: grilled chicken, sliced cucumbers and peppers, water
meal 3: turkey breast with 1/2 sweet potato and spinach, water
meal 4: egg white omlette with tomatoes, 1 apple, water
meal 5: grilled chicken with 1/2 sweet potato, green beans

TUESDAY:
meal 1: oatmeal with flaxseed and bee pollen, egg whites, green tea, water
meal 2: grilled chicken breast with sliced celery, water
meal 3: grilled chicken with lettuce and tomato and squeeze of lemon juice, water
meal 4: turkey breast with 1/2 a sweet potato, water
meal 5: chicken breast, with 1/2 sweet potato and mixed greens

WEDNESDAY:
meal 1: egg white omlette with mushrooms, mixed berries, green tea, water
meal 2: grilled turkey, sliced cucumbers, water
meal 3: grilled chicken with 1/2 sweet potato, spinach with a squeeze of lemon
meal 4: 1 apple, nut butter, water
meal 5: turkey breast with 1/2 sweet potato, steamed asparagus, water

THURSDAY:
meal 1: oatmeal with flaxseed and bee pollen, egg whites, green tea, water
meal 2: chicken breast with green beans, water
meal 3: turkey breast, 1/2 sweet potato, lettuce with tomato and squeeze lemon juice, water
meal 4: scrambled egg whites with spinach and onion, water
meal 5: chicken breast, 1/2 sweet potato, 1 apple, water

FRIDAY:
meal 1: egg white omlette with spinach and mushrooms, green tea, water
meal 2: lean ground turkey meatballs, peppers, water
meal 3: grilled chicken with 1/2 sweet potato, green beans, water
meal 4: apple, nut butter, water
meal 5: grilled chicken, 1/2 sweet potato, asparagus, water

SATURDAY:
meal 1: mesa sunrise with flaxseed and bee pollen, egg whites, green tea, water
meal 2: grilled turkey breast, sliced cucumber and tomato, water
meal 3: chicken breast, 1/2 sweet potato, green beans, water
meal 4: apple, nut butter, water
meal 5: grilled chicken, 1/2 sweet potato, and asparagus, water little eating plan from oh say august. FINALLY actually gotten to it and am following it... not exactly i'm switching things here and there, basically this meal for that meal sort of deal but i'm actually keeping on track. i'm actually resisting things that aren't in the meal plan. i'm actually succeeding and it feels fabulous.

i get paid tomorrow so i'm going to pick up some groceries... things i don't have like egg whites and that sort of thing, and then i'll be doing even better. i've been to the gym the last few days, its felt great and i intend to start the jillian michael's 30 day shred either tonight before work (depending on what time i get to bed at now) or tomorrow after the gym. it will be done.

i have new inspiration. i want to buy these:
this one-piece, which i've already tried and i absolutely love, but didn't buy because i want to tone up and i don't want it to be too big once i have so i'm trying to get closer to my goals before i do:


to be worn with this skirt, so that it looks like it's a top and skirt combo not a one piece haha (sorry bad pic, the close ups without the half naked girls aren't working for me):


it's pretty flashy even though it's black so i must look hot! i'm thinking it could be a new years outfit maybe? i think looking fabulous in that by new years is an attainable goal.
