plan for tomorrow:

b: fiber 1 cereal with skim milk

then take a nice hot bath and go to bed for pretty much the whole day

wake up and have a protein smoothie, go to the gym and then head to work... if i get hungry toast with almond butter at work.

that should be all.

just wanted to write it down so i remember and actually follow the plan.

do you know i would have loved to do that today - wake up, have a nice bath and a bow of cereal and then climb back under the covers! i was so tired when i got up this morning but had to get out and go to work *yaaawn* hehe
