1st pic: I've definitely had that feeling waiting for the train before. It always arrives late when it's rainy, I swear.
2nd: I love the idea of the floating candles, and the way her red hair cascades down her body. The arms could be a tad longer, but it's definitely a lovely WIP.

3rd: Don't worry, it has enough other design elements to keep it from screaming Star Wars. 8) I can see the influence, definitely, but it still has enough of your own creativity in it. I love the beaded hair things (I don't know what they're called; like a really fancy hair net?). It'd be great to see this progressed a little more, it's got this elegant art nouveau vibe to it.

On #2 I got really carried away with a skintone tutorial and the anatomy suffered as a result. I still like it after... holy crap, five years, though, so I might go back and finish it.
#3, I think, could benefit from a re-inking and markers :3
