that's funny, because I wouldn't guess that you would be.

but no, you already know the answer for me. I don't believe in god. unless it's a god that sent YOU to ME because you're obvs a gift from heaven ;)

It is really unusual to have so many people who don't believe in God in one place... Like I am prob the only one in my class and at work etc...

yeah, i'm definitely the only one at work, and in my family.

this is the only place where i'm in the majority.

I wish I did?
I think about it a lot because I went to church from birth until 18 every week and was pretty involved, but cannot remember ever believing in it... It's just weird to me, I think I always thought too much about it and my brain is too scientific or something? There are a lot of times when I wish I did believe in something, but I just don't.

yeah me too. except for the going to church thing. i lost all capacity to believe in god when my dad died. and again when my brother died. and again when my cousin died. if there is a god, he's a fuckin jerk.

thats where I'm at. If god really is omnipotent, then you couldn't pull the satan card for all of the horrifying things that happen in the world. within that, if gods around, he's an evil sonofabitch.

other than that, we aren't shown any proof. I think faith resides in people, and religion has just pushed that faith onto various deities which marginalizes humanity rather than empowering it.
