This evening TLC seems to be having a fat people night and watching some of these people who have spent years just eating and are weighing in at near a half ton and weight like that, and when watching these shows I am starting to wonder if that is going to be me in ten to fifteen years

I do know I enjoy yoga, but I'm not about to pay for lessons, and lost all the tapes I made off cable access of a yoga show I liked. I have yet to find another show or tape I like as much as that one. Yoga probably wouldn't be the right exercise option for you, though.
My best advice is to find an exercise partner. See if Rob wants to go for a walk every few days, since he lives close to you. Or maybe a bike ride. Whatever gets you moving that you like to do.
