I know what you're saying. I'm very aware that I need to do more exercise, but don't really have the motivation to do it alone. Back when Karol was living behind us, the two of us would go for a walk every couple of days, and I was getting into pretty good shape. Before that, when we lived in apartments near each other, we'd do an aerobics video together on a regular basis. Sometimes Ace and I will go for a walk around the neighborhood, but not as often as we should. I just don't like walking or exercising alone.

I do know I enjoy yoga, but I'm not about to pay for lessons, and lost all the tapes I made off cable access of a yoga show I liked. I have yet to find another show or tape I like as much as that one. Yoga probably wouldn't be the right exercise option for you, though.

My best advice is to find an exercise partner. See if Rob wants to go for a walk every few days, since he lives close to you. Or maybe a bike ride. Whatever gets you moving that you like to do.

you like to play golf, why don't you go to the public greens and walk the nine holes instead of using the golf cart. win win exercise plus sport -- wait you are in michigan land of cold and snow...... walking or tai chi would be the best answer till spring.
