Well, it's been 9 months I think since I started weight lifting, so here is the progess so far: 165->205 lbs, bench 75->175 lbs, curl 55->90 lbs, military 65->105 lbs, weighted vertical crunches ???->200 lbs (30 reps), most other excercises doubled. Although I can't increase the weight for the crunches any more. Reached the machines max. I
