The city finally dropped off the blue recycling bin!  Nice to see Calgary finally making some reasonable decisions.

Except now I have to pay money to do what I've already been doing for free.

I love our new blue bin. :) I will gladly pay the $8 to avoid having the recycling cupboard of overflowing doom we have now.

However, the city shut down our basement suite the year before last, and then dropped off 2 blue bins and charged us as 2 units for our waste management fee. Someone didn't get the memo apparently.
