You know what?

I've come to a decision.

I think it's time to stop watching Heroes.

Two more episodes left now but yes, I kind of liked the back story. What I didn't like was the present day, the acting was horrendous, especially during the wind storm scenes.

I've been waiting and waiting for the story to get better and it has somewhat but not enough to keep me watching.

i'm with you on this.

i dunno, just seemed like another 4400 or X-men.

i also don't find it intense enough..course that could be due to me getting sucked into The Shield.

Now would the shield and being sucked in have anything to do with mister hot the star? A few more hot dinners on him would get my attention LOL

I gave up on Heroes during this season. It just keeps getting sillier and sillier. It couldve been so much more...

I kept faith that it would get better and it did somewhat during the second half of the season but... I came to a realization. If this is as good as its going to get, with all the promises the creator of the show has made to get the show back on track, this isn't enough to keep me watching.

Yeah, it feels like Shark Jump: The Series most of the times now.

*shrug* I like it. But I've noticed most of the aversion seems to come from comic fans and gamerboys.

I really wanted to like the show but my problem is the writers seem to be making up the mythology up as they go along. The producer has apologized twice for the direction of the show has taken. The Fugitives arc was supposed to have been a mea culpa from the creator of the show ... after watching last night, I fear it may be too little, too late. In order for the show to succeed, it needs to stop relying on plot and focus more on character. They also need to stop islanding characters and repeating the same storylines over and over again, ie Hiro and Ando.
