Tonight, while waiting at a stop signal, I witnessed someone drop a balled-up Dunkin' Donuts bag out their window and onto the road. My blood boiled, but despite all the possible reactions running through my head, I did nothing

I hear ya man, but people in cars can be dangerous. Not only was he a litter bug but he could also have been a gun or knife toting jerk face. If you see someone you know drop trash you can go ahead and make an example of them, but please be aware that road rage kills.

Possible Solution: Petition Dunkin' Donuts to make environmentally safe biodegradable packaging so that in the future you can ironically laugh at solely the ignorance of the offender as they attempt to litter in vain.
