been under th weather since sat. haiz, throat inflammation flu and all the works.
even though i've been eating my med i couldn't sleep well.. in bed at ard 2am.. then sometimes waking up at 4 or 6 or even both times.
during the three days so far i have
Saturday: breakfast & lunch
Sunday: Breakfast only
Monday: Breakfast only.

haven had any appetite at
