Thought about how lonely the days without me might’ve been for you
I walk down the street. After long hours flight and driving, finally I arrive in this town. This memorable town where we used to spend our day and night. Now I walk on the street that we used to walk to go to school and to go home.
Ne, Kei… How was your day without me? Was it bored? Because you know what, I felt really bored back than without you. I’m sorry I can’t contacted you from my place before, I just didn’t know how to.
Ne…did you miss me for all this years? Did you get angry with me for not contacting you?
Holding the picture you gave me

We can’t go back to that day
This street is still the same. I still can see that beautiful park across this pedestrian side. I remember we used to play swing after school in that park. I also remember the day when I ran away from my house because my parents decided that we have to move to the other side of the world. You are the one who found me behind the old tree in that park. You sat next to me and comforted me. You said that we will be okay, and we promised to contact each other. But I broke my promise, I never contact you.
I cross the street and stop my track in the park. I sit on the park bench for a while, looking at our old picture. The last picture that we took together here in this park bench, before I went abroad. I remember you split this picture into two. You gave me the one which there were you, and you kept the one which there were me inside.
Ne Kei… I wonder if you still keep that part of this picture like I keep mine or have you throw it away.
Will you suddenly appear?
At that cafe at the corner

I decided to continue to walk from place to place. I keep recalling the memory of us that has left. I feel sad when I remember the horrible things that happened between us and smile when I remember the sweet things.
After a few minutes of walk, I stop again. Now I stop in front of a coffee shop. The same coffee shop that we used to visited upon we wanted to hang out together. Sometimes we went here with our school mate. We have ever celebrated Dai-chan’s birthday here.
Kei…I want to go inside, but will you be there when I opened the coffee shop’s door? Will you still sit on the same spot that we used to sit? But Kei, I wonder what will I do if I meet you there? Should I just smile at you or maybe call your name then we will sit together and talk like the years before?
