I lost a dear friend this weekend
I lost a really good friend this weekend. She was a wonderful person...she just never knew how wonderful she was. She had a charming sense of humor and she loved her friends and family dearly. She loved to dance and sing all her favorite songs. I know she is dancing and happy now - but still she will be sadly missed.

I always enjoyed your take on life and sensing being a bit restless was not pegging me as totally unique.
I did feed black bears by hand this fall and identify with this 60-70 something year old guy who has withdrawn to the northwoods for his research.
I took a one-way classic train ride back from Chicago from about 2PM and arriving Fargo at 3AM. (I had delivered a car to my brother as my motive.) I wondered if leaving the driving to someone else and dealing with how one gets around upon arrivial wouldn't make travel a totally different type of experience. The artic bear migration in northern Canada has been added to my to-do list.
If you ever find this, lets have a cup of coffee and go from there.
I haven't migrated to any of the newer journal or sharing tools on the net. So thats my excuse ... (grins)
