Work has certainly got better over the last couple of weeks, although I do find myself psychologically winding down for Christmas which means that this week has been significantly less productive than last ( Read more... ) -
Wonderful news!
After a week of really stupid amounts of work I am finally getting around to telling people that I haven't seen for a bit. Plus making a note of it that will last as long as LJ (so in a year's time I can remember the date (26th January 2007), and the year after, etc.)
I am now officially a fiance, I asked Claire to marry me and she said yes!

Rugby... is it really that bad an idea.
Today I found out that I am going to start playing rugby again. Its something that I have been promising myself I would do for about 5 years now. I avoided the university teams because they are synonymous with ludicrously excessive drinking. Hairdresser
I had a hair cut. The hairdresser was pregnant. She said that she liked Christmas, that her boyfriend calls her a peasant, moaned about how boring Christmas was and said she liked Doritos more than Chocolate. She doesn't like white chocolate. Swimming
It's like exercise, only with less oxygen, so more lactic, and more pain. Though it is supposed to be good for strength, suppleness and stamina and a whole body work out.
I tried it today (during a long lunch) it might be worth another go.
Penguins are good at swimming, so it must be fun. Penguins are fun.
