Sister love

Tonight, for the first time, Tirzah cried when she and Mia had to part ways for the night. With her cry of, "but I want to play with her!" I felt joy. I think the sisterly bond I've prayed for them to have since before Mia was born, and which delay I've often fretted over, is finally developing. I just adore them both!!!

Aw, that's so sweet. Zach and Girly used to hate being separated when they were younger. Of course, they're much older now and different genders, so it's understandable that they'd have different interests and friends.

That is super sweet. My brother Daniel and I got close when we were 17 and 19, but we fought like cats and dogs before then!

It got really bad- to the point that he wouldn't even talk to me any more. I tried to apologize for our stormy past, and he wouldn't have any of it. Then one day, it was like the sun broke through the clouds. He asked me to forgive him for not forgiving me. Now we can't even remember why we didn't get along before, and we are really close! Out of my five siblings, he is definitely the closest in both age and relationship.

Amanda, I thought of some people today that I knew in college. It made me think of your post today! Their names are Ashley and Lindsey, and they are the sweetest twin girls you will ever meet! (well, besides Skye's. And Kelly's. :-)) Someone described them once as "those twins who sit there and agree with each other all the time." It is a fitting description, too. :-) Maybe your girls will be like that someday!
