Originally, Terezi wanted to troll John as much as possible, as she was frustrated about his hand in their predicament. She trolled him so throughly, in fact, that he ended up dying. This timeline became a doomed one, as a future version of Dave went back into the past to stop him. Afterwards, Terezi felt surprisingly horrible and apologized, and now doesn't really harbor any ill feelings towards him. She thinks he's pretty silly, and amusing in his own way, though not as awesome as Dave. She also doesn't really get Vriska's and Karkat's obsession with him.
When John first arrived, Terezi made sure to be the first to meet him, not only because it was pretty cool to meet a weird human in real life, but also to piss off Vriska as much as possible.

Dave is Terezi's human, and she has a bit of a schoolgirl crush on him. He caught her attention when he sent her 413 boonbucks, something that he would do on future Terezi's insistence. Initially, Dave was just a part of a game between Vriska and Terezi, but eventually she began to value him for who he is. Dave can snark with her and keep up, is unaffected by her teasing, and seems to get her in a way that no one else does. She flirts with him and teases him, and finds it fascinating that he doesn't flip out like Karkat does. She promised him that she'd keep any other future Daves from dying, but after Vriska helped John ascend to god tier, he pestered Terezi to help him do the same. She knew that the only way to do this was to have him kill an alternate version of himself, and encouraged him to make the decision for himself. He couldn't do it, and left the alternate Dave sleeping on his quest bed, and Terezi watched as Jack killed him. After that, he said he didn't want her help anymore, and Terezi was more than a little affected by this, crying over his death and pushing Karkat away when he tried to figure out what was wrong.

Terezi understands Karkat's insecurities, and is the only one he's told about his blood color. She offers him advice and worries for him, though his leader complex and his determination to never look weak irritates her. They still banter and argue, though most of the time Terezi is flirting with him, much to Karkat's chagrin. Recently, she seems to have grown tired of his reluctance to admit his feelings for her, and has begun to try to make him jealous to pay more attention to her, with mixed results.
During the emotion doubling curse, Karkat kissed her, and during a rage-fueled rant inadvertently admitted that he found Terezi attractive and that he was flushed for her. This made her ecstatic, and she told him that she had only been paying so much attention to Dave, at first, to get his attention. Matesprits yeaaah.

Kanaya is basically the mom of their group, and keeps everyone in line and mediates between them. Terezi likes her, though she teases her just like everyone else. She also thinks it's pretty impressive how Kanaya can keep everyone (mostly) under control, especially Vriska.

Terezi and Vriska were once best friends, and made up the vigilante duo known as the "Scourge Sisters". They spent their time FLARPing, which is a much more hardcore version of LARPing, and hunted down the trolls they believed were criminals. Terezi allowed Vriska to kill these trolls and feel them to Vriska's lusus, as Terezi believed it was simply justice, and if Vriska didn't feel trolls to her lusus, it would eat her. Eventually, while they were playing, Vriska used her powers to take control of their friend Tavros and force him to walk off of a cliff, paralyzing him. Terezi also discovered that Vriska had been feeding innocent trolls to her lusus as well, and this started off a chain of revenge that ended with Terezi being blinded, Vriska losing her arm and an eye, and Sollux being forced to kill Aradia. Terezi then asked Vriska for a truce, as she did not want any more of their friends to be hurt.
Terezi wishes Vriska had never gone crazy and started hurting their friends, and sometimes misses their former friendship. Now, they have a sadistic powerplay game going, and Terezi loves it. She loves pushing Vriska's buttons and watching her flip out, and loves knowing that Vriska can't get the same reaction out of her. Terezi is always suspicious of Vriska, and watches her like a hawk, waiting for the moment she'll slip up again.

They're friends, and she plays games with him sometimes, though she teases him just to try to get some sort of normal response. This generally fails.
After learning from Karkat that Gamzee will go insane in their world, she's begun to keep an eye on him, hoping that he won't do the same here.

Eridan is... Well, Eridan. He's constantly trying to fill a quadrant with someone, and no one is immune - not even the human kids, despite the fact that they're in another dimension. Terezi thinks he is kind of stuffy and stuck up about his stupid blood color, but she loves that he flips out at her antics almost as much as Karkat does, and so he is one of her favorite targets.
Much like Gamzee, Terezi has begun to keep a closer eye on Eridan since learning that he will kill Feferi and Kanaya and blind Sollux.
