Cheese fritters.  I had no idea these things existed until tonight.  Goat cheese battered and fried in a light pastry.  Looks like a hot dog, really.  Drizzled with honey and sprinkled with black pepper.  Yes, black pepper.

Chased that down with a mountain of incredible garlic fries cooked in truffle oil (I think that's what it was), sprinkled
