Hey all. Well yesterday I ate a bananna for breakfast, an apple for lunch, and a smoothie for dinner. So that totalled 412 cals for the day. Woot woot go me. today I've had a bananna so far. Gonna go get a smoothie for lunch, don't knwo wat I'll eat for dinner. But who knows. i'm just proud of myself for yesterday. imma keep this up.
