Went to Powell's, bought mass market paperbacks (shh I am lame, but now I have reading material), and hit up a mall for shoes for Will and grabbed some PS2 games while we were there. >D

Worked at the Pentagon Papers talk this afternoon. That was really interesting. That wiki article tells almost nothing cool. I wonder if there's a better site for ( Read more... )

Aww, you hair is so pretty! Mine's the same length, and I so seldom see that in another. I've been getting back into reading lately, though can't have the time to speed through them like I used to.

Though I did just order one of Christopher Rice's books, heh.

My hair's been long my whole life, and I can't stand the thought of cutting it. Coloring every once in a while, possibly layering, maybe. But cutting? Never, it's a part of my personality!

I ordered Snow Garden, having already read A Density of Souls and Light Before Day, and being absolutely in love with both, especially Density. Hell, I picked it up in the public library not knowing who he was. The title caught my eye, having being relative to something else that's recently become part of my philosophy.

As far as him being crazy, I dunno, but I was completey engrossed, and finished both books in about three days. I've never felt so moved by a book as when I read Density. He's supposedly got another coming out sometime this year. Huzzah!

Pretty hair =D And god luck with the henna, I tried to do that myself and, well, it did nothing. But then again your hair's lighter so you'll have a much better chance anyway.

I didn't even notice the misspelling. Dyslexic people should talk more often. *dies*

Thank you! And I'm mostly after the henna for the extra shiny and health-promoting benefits, not the color. (I even thought about using senna instead, but henna lasts longer and I am omg so lazy.)

But darkmousie is a hair ninja so I think everything will be fine. =D

The stuff we're using has the highest dye content of anything available. If it *doesn't* do anything, I shall be very, very disgruntled. ^_~

Oh god, 4ti3k4t35's hair is going to take five boxes to do properly. We'll probably spend most of the night combing it in. XD

I did, even though I didn't really celebrate it, which is fine by me. I'm planning on hosting a party at my house this saturday, though. I hope you can make it.

If you get henna at India Sweets and Spices, you're going to want three boxes of MDH henna. It's just a bit too much for my hair, but yours is enough longer that it should be fine. Oh, and if you haven't seen it yet, hennaforhair.com
