Seconded. I leave on the 20th and get back a bit after New Years, but otherwise I'm totally up for hair stuff. And henna. <3 If all you want to do is touch up roots, we could all pitch in five bucks and get supplies from black cat red cat. And I've still got clove powder and tamarind and whatnot. Loooots of tamarind.

We don't have a porch or lots of outdoor heaters at my parents house and the burrow isn't equipped. But at least this time I'll know what to wear: easily strippable things.

Work in suave coconut conditioner just prior to rinsing out. It becomes eleventy billion times easier to rinse that way.

You don't use shampoo? How do you get away with that!? You must have much better water pressure than I do.

I use Giovanni's Triple Tea Tree Threat conditioner and I rub it into my scalp. Takes a lot of conditioner and it takes a lot of time. Rinsing it out is actually the easy part. And yes, I am a total Nazi about water pressure.

Hotels with low water pressure have driven me to tears. Now, I call ahead and grill the hotel staff on whether or not I could get a better shower by paying someone to pee on my head.

Our bathroom and shower are fairly disgusting, but our water pressure is perfect. Not wussy, but firm. Not painful, but strong enough to get the job done. I absolutely cannot understand how anyone can live with super low water pressure and not use a bucket so they can actually get clean.
