I haven't seen Hijikata around lately. I believe he sleeps a lot and not even I would be fool-hardy enough to break him out of one of his rests. I have others I could ask, though. Yes! Mr. Sogyo, prank calls! It's when you use the radio to call someone without giving them your real name. Then you say things like "Is your ship's engine running? Then you'd better run and catch it," or "Do you have prince Albert in a can? Then you should let him out!"... I don't really get the last one, but that's how it's done!
