Okay folks, here's what I'm looking for in an apartment

I'll search, but you're more than likely going to be able to find a two-bedroom for $1200 a month than $800. Most studios and one-bedrooms go for $800/month out in SoCal, ditto for NorCal. My current studio in San Jose is $900/month, with all utilities and parking included.

But, we'll see what I can dig up. Or, if we let Ianto think Jack is looking for it, Ianto will do it for me.

Well, 400/month/person for a 1 bedroom (two people) is 800/month.

I did see a few online last night for less, though I'm still looking.
