The good news is that although it's still really bad, I think I've passed the worst of it... maybe.

Still, that's miserable. Hopefully sleeping on it again will help.

I've not experienced anything bad at all since my first two. I feel bad for you!

eeek!
Just consider this - you are still very much getting used to this process, consequently, the periodic mistake is understandable and quite likely.
Besides, pain makes for a very effective learning experience. :D

Yes. While twitching from surprise/pain is going to sometimes be unavoidable, I probably shouldn't press on through it. I also shouldn't go so deep. Or probably so far to the outside of my leg, cause I think I probably hit a different muscle than usual. I have learned.

FYI: Haven't read your entry yet.

But, in a side note, watch this:
Playing Torchwood
and, maybe the second one here: Playing Torchwood 2

I'll read your entry now...

Augh, video with me in it!

Oh well, at least it has pretty effects...

And it's called "Playing Torchwood". Heheee.

You might want to make sure that you didn't break a point of the needle off inside, or that you didn't accidentally create a minor tear (you know, aside from the entry point of the needle).

Other than that, ouch.

All used needles checked and intact. As to the tearing... Clearly there's damage, because it still hurts like hell. However, it's not showing in any way. You can hardly even see the injection site anymore already, and there's no visible bruising or other signs of blood.

So... I'm not sure how I'd be able to tell what exactly I did. If it fails to get better in a few more days (in my experience, the 'normal' pain can take a few), I suppose I'll have to consult a doctor. Otherwise, I don't think there's much I can do about it.
