This afternoon I have yet another appointment with the allergy specialist. I think basically it's really just sinus therapy, whereas I pay a professional to listen to my complaints about my sinus misery and all the ineffective meds/procedures/things I've tried over the last 18 months without any improvement or relief. I have another sinus pressure

You absolutely had me for a moment there. Sinus therapy? What is that?

As someone who has had her own sinuses, all of them, roto-rootered several times, I was definitely curious!

Geesh sinus problems suck. It really does seem there's no fix for them. Some sloppy management, but that's about it. I know I need surgery again, but I'm loath to have it when in a few years I'll just need it again.

But I love to see you post! Ooh, and I wish I could show you one of the light fixtures I found for my new house! With your love of metalwork I think you'd really appreciate it!

Have you tried salt therapy? Basically, it works like swimming in the sea and getting your sinuses cleaned with sea-water. But in this, salt is in the air too. It's called salt rooms or salt caves, i'm not sure. I know there is one in England.
