I made a tasty salad for lunch today with chicken, bacon, bleu cheese, carrots, cucumbers, celery, radishes, eggs, black olives, green onions topped with French vinaigrette dressing. I also tossed some leftover four cheese ravioli with the herbed dipping oil from
Carino's and topped it with parmesan cheese. I'm happy the restaurant sells this lovely olive oil for $3.95 a pint. I also had some of Schwan's
multi grain bread with the salad and pasta. Mmmm, that lunch more than made up for missing dinner last night and breakfast this morning.
I need to start posting again and thought a brief, mundane account of my lunch would be a good starting point ... because I'm all about the noms. ;)
