Well, it's official.  I'm putting my house on the market and downsizing my life.  Now that Matt has moved out, I really don't have the urge to find new roommates, and the responsible thing to do is cash in on home equity while the market is still solid for this price range.  With the proceeds, I'll be able to make the BIG transition next year to

I was quite impressed with the apartment Aaron and Chris found only two blocks from City Hall. It's not like having your own house but still not bad for SF. Of course it will be hard to find a place with the same cachet as "End of Uranus." :D
A good PA can totally make life more rational. It's all about leverage - finding someone who is really good at dealing with the small stuff so you can focus on the big things that will get you where you want to go in life. Having a good PA will also help maintain sanity during the transition to NY.

As a longtime vistitor, I'm sure I can speak for everyone and say that we will all miss Uranus, especially those times when it was crowded with people and full of laughter.
