Apartment Hunt, Personal Helper, NAMT submission

I've started the process of putting the house onto the market.  It will cost me over $10K just to get it ready for sale--floors redone, painting, pressure washing, staging (fake furniture! yea!)  But hopefully that bit of expense will pay back in spades

And good luck with the apartment search. After staying at a B&B in Duboce triangle on my last two trips to SF I've become rather fond of that area. It certainly is convenient for transit.

I had lunch with David and his posse on Saturday at a place called The Catch and it seemed to be situated near an oddly shaped intersection. Is that the area?

It's on the right side of Market to be in the triangle - Market/Castro/Duboce.
