Sad to say, I've heard that EVERYTHING IS AWESOME WITH LJ NO SENSORSHIPSK AT ALL, but that's unconfirmed.

It is a Russian company, served off of servers mostly located in Russia, so yes, it is fully subject to the laws of said sovereign.
