Can't be coyotes, because it's in Russia. Some say feral dogs, some say wolves.

A cop in Russia had stopped a car, and then jumped in the car when the feral dogs/wolves (depending on which version you read) came running out into the street.

the title says 'wolves', probably they are just Moscow's famous stray dogs.
