JOB.1. SALES COMMISSION.
Now, I thought this was some admin stuff, but REALLY. It is me (or me paying a telemarketer) to find people in the phone book, who want a new website. Then making an arrangement to see said people and convicing them to agreee

Job two sounds like a job where you will learn skills that can be applied to move up some sort of ladder (whether at that place or elsewhere). You probably are starting at the bottom but there is at least some sort of way out/up.

i really don't think I'd be good at commission/abuse people until they sign over money jobs because I don't like annoying people if they are not interested.
I mean, I like to annoy people (jacqui in particular)

If I'd known he was pulling commission only stuff and would still tell you it is telemarketing after he came across like he would put up a position as a content coordinator like the girls here (who get paid an hourly casual rate and do a great job)
