I'm like "seeing someone" not officially boyfriend/girlfriend thing.

I got some issues to deal with (which i need to TALK TO SOMEONE ABOUT plzkthx)

But he likes me a LOT and I think he's cool too :)

Yeah I know who it is. Let it progress naturally, if you're both comfortable enough to say that you're bf/gf, and want to exclusively date then go for it. If it doesn't feel right and you're just having fun dating non committal then go for it. Either way as long as you're both happy and feel what's right that's the direction you go. Don't just force the issue of being a bf/gf just because it's the "traditional" thing to do.
