SUMMARY: Fifth part in the Seven Deadly Sins series, it looks like I may actually finish something. Anyhow, this is, ah, something that came to me because I listen to the Decemberists too much, and the story of the crane wife just worked

This is fantastic. So much love. Jack dialogue. Mmm.

I hope you're satisfied with the way this one came out, because given the ideas you were tossing around when you hadn't actually started writing yet, I think they all come together quite smoothly, and there's just a very nice feel to it, overall. I'm sure I could find something constructive to say, if I felt like picking at it, but the fact is I don't, and I like it as it is. :}

(P.S. I was totally in CATS with the sister of The Decemberists' lead singer. We crawled down creepily through the audience at the beginning of each show, together. Just thought I'd share.)

Oh, that was really sweet. And rather witty, too, at times. I especially loved the mental image of Elizabeth with a pillow case wrapped around her head. I imagined her in a pose similar to Jack's meditating one on the Isla Cruces. I may have to draw that now. :)
