Summary: He doesn't know what to make of her.
He would never admit it aloud but Shirogane was maybe a little... panicked. He didn't know what to do and he hated not knowing what to do, hated the feeling of not having any control over the things that happened to him. At least Loki he had brought on himself by taking the cursed mask, even if the consequences hadn't been what he'd expected. But this? He had no idea how to deal with this.
White was, he was sure, a very nice girl. Person. Female-type... person. A good teammate, as far as he could let himself think of himself as being part of their team. She was confident, competent and friendly.
She was also persistent and he didn't know what to make of her, especially when she had that speculative glint in her eyes that made him want to run, run, run before he found out what was prompting that look. He just wasn't sure he'd get the chance.

Sae sighed and rested her chin on the palm of her hand, staring wistfully into empty space, ignoring the sounds of her friends and teammates bickering around her. She didn't know what she was doing wrong, but for some reason every time it looked like he was going to have to be around her - alone or otherwise - Silver looked like all the colour was draining out of his face, like he wanted to be anywhere else but around her. It was frustrating because there seemed to be no reason for it: all she'd done was be friendly and tried to draw him into the group, same as everyone else, but no-one else got the same reaction she did. It just wasn't fair. It was frustrating and embarrassing and she was going to have to do something about it one of these days.
She wasn't going to let Silver ignore her anymore.
